Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Lárisa. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, managing production schedules, implementing quality control measures, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
Experience in production management, scheduling, and quality control
People management , assement and hiring of the appropriate candidate
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Experience with inventory management and supply chain operations
Ability to analyze data and implement improvements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field will be preferable
